Jaggaer e-procurement software goes live

We are pleased to announce that University of North Dakota’s new e-procurement system, Jaggaer, is now live for select departments across campus. Below are just a few of the benefits UND will realize using the Jaeggaer system:

  • A single, easy to use platform for creating requisitions that will ensure high end user adoption,
  • Standardized approval processes that leverage mobile approval capabilities,
  • Enablement of electronic commerce with key suppliers (both purchase orders and invoices),
  • Increased visibility into spend that can be leveraged in supplier negotiations, and
  • Improved reporting and spend analytics capabilities.

The second phase rollout to the remainder of campus will take place the first week of April and will include research materials management (RMM), a hazardous material purchasing and inventory module.

We recognize that it will take a period of adjustment for all of us to become familiar with the Jaggaer system. Please know that Procurement and Payment Services (PPS) is here to support you, and we will continue to provide training and technical assistance. We are also dependent on your specific feedback so we can ensure that any system bugs are caught early, and that tools and resources are refined as needed to serve your needs. To that end, please do not hesitate to contact PPS: UND.PPS@UND.edu.
