Wellbeing app and other resources available for faculty and staff
We continue to work in challenging times that sometimes can bring additional stresses at work and at home. Several campus resources are available for faculty and staff that that can help.
The University Counseling Center has just released the UND Wellbeing App, which brings together a wide range of tools, resources and strategies to help you implement healthy habits, improve your wellbeing and monitor your progress. The app will also connect you to information about campus services and resources.
