Sally Pyle retires after 25 years in Honors and Biology

Sally Pyle, associate professor of biology, is retiring after 25 years of service.

During her time at UND she served for 10 years as the director of the Honors Program and had a major influence on countless biology students. Sally’s commitment to students was exemplary and her efforts were recognized when she received the UND Alumni awards for both Outstanding Undergraduate Teaching and Outstanding Undergraduate Advising.

She is a valued colleague who will be missed. The Department of Biology thanks Sally for her for her great work and wishes her all the best. Please wish her a very happy retirement!
