Jane Kurtz to discuss her book "Lanie, American Girl's Doll of 2010"

Meet the author of “Lanie, American Girl’s doll of 2010″ Sunday, Oct. 3. Jane Kurtz, former UND English faculty member, will be talking about how she came to write the story of Lanie . The gathering will be in the fellowship hall of Calvary Lutheran Church from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. with a program at 4 p.m. There is no charge and people of all ages are encouraged to attend. The American Girl Lanie books and other books written by Jane Kurtz will be on sale with all proceeds being directed to Ethiopia Reads.
