Being emotionally wells is possessing the ability to feel and express emotions such as happiness, sadness, and anger. Emotional Wellness activities like participating in Zen in 10 and starting a journal with creative writing prompts can help you tune into your thoughts and feelings!

Wellness is the pursuit of continued growth in balance in all 7 dimensions of wellness for an individual. Each dimension contributes to our own sense of wellness and quality of life. It may be a complex interaction but it leads to the best quality of life for individuals.
