What IS the Winter Wellness Challenge?

The University of North Dakota and Altru have launched a partnership to bring together ideas, resources and opportunities to promote health and wellness across our organizations and the larger community. 

 

The Winter Wellness Challenge is one of our first collaborations created to encourage and promote lifelong wellbeing. We are excited for you to participate in our inaugural program!

The Winter Wellness Challenge runs December 2 - December 13.
