Registration for the Drift Off Challenge has started!

This 4-week program challenges you to try five different strategies to improve your sleep health.


The Drift Off Challenge is open to UND Staff, Faculty, Students, and Friends & Family.


Each week, you will keep track of how many hours you slept each night and whether or not you tried one of the five sleep techniques. 

Every day you log your sleep, you earn 10 points.

If you use the sleep technique of the week…5 more points! Use two or more of the sleep techniques and

you earn 10 bonus points! 

And don't forget about the prizes! 

Earn 100 points and claim your very own Mini Work Well Sleep Kit (while supplies last). Once you earn 200 points, you are entered into a drawing for the chance to win one of two Large Work Well Sleep Kit!
