Sidewalk between Education Building and Harrington Hall closed starting April 22

Starting Monday, April 22, portions of the sidewalk between the Education Building and Harrington Hall will be closed to replace a section of condensate piping.

Work will progress north-to-south over the next several weeks, eventually reaching the parking lot south of Carnegie Hall.

The project is expected to be completed by mid-June, with parking lot repairs to follow, pending other projects happening in the area.

Pedestrians in the area should be aware of closure barricades and are advised to walk north of the work site to reach other areas of campus. Current work areas will be fenced off and marked accordingly.

The image below shows the area affected, including the area of the south parking lot that will be closed starting May 30. Please note that a section of the parking lot east of Carnegie Hall will be closed throughout the project to serve as a staging area.
