Participate to be entered into a drawing for one of four $25 Amazon gift cards

The following is a message for all CEM undergraduate students from Kristin Sandberg, Engineering Education doctoral student at Mississippi State University

My name is Kristin Sandberg, and I am an Engineering Education doctoral student at Mississippi State University (MSU). I am conducting an academic survey to collect data from participants regarding engineering persistence attitudes and engineering self-efficacy (similar to self-confidence). Survey responses will be gathered from students across the country.

Participants must be over the age of 18 and enrolled as undergraduate students in an engineering program in the United States.

If you agree to participate, the survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Participation is completely voluntary, and your answers will be anonymous. After completing the survey, you can enter your email address if you want to be entered into a random drawing for one of four $25 Amazon gift cards. This drawing is simply an opportunity for me to thank you for your time. Your email addresses will not be stored with your survey responses.

If you have any questions, please contact Kristin Sandberg at kss128@msstate.edu.

Your participation is completely voluntary, and your responses will be kept confidential and anonymous.

This study has been reviewed by Mississippi State University’s HRPP/IRB and has been granted an Exemption Determination. This research is supervised by Dr. Jean Mohammadi-Aragh and has been approved by MSU’s Institutional Review Board (Protocol ID: IRB-23-585).
