Chester Fritz Library Updates

News and notes from UND's Chester Fritz Library

One Year and 10,000 Downloads

On September 21, the UND Scholarly Commons turned one year old, and we recently hit a landmark of 10,000 downloads.

From France to Ethopia, researchers all around the world are viewing UND’s research. Established in September 2017, the UND Scholarly Commons, the institutional repository of the University of North Dakota currently holds more than 14,000 materials which have been downloaded more than 10,000 times. It’s most popular item is also the first item to be uploaded to the Commons, Chester Fritz’s Library’s open access edition of Elwyn B. Robinson’s History of North Dakota.
