Live Together & Learn Together

We know the transition from high school to college can be tough for some students. Feeling a sense of community on campus is a great way to make that transition easier.

A Living & Learning Community (LLC) is a themed housing option that explores a certain topic or interest. Students in these communities get to live with the same students they have class with or that share their interests. They also get the opportunity to participate in activities with faculty and staff outside of the classroom, like these students in the Engineering Living & Learning Community.

UND currently offers nine Living & Learning Communities:

• Wellness

LLCs help create a sense of belonging for students, as well as stronger connections between the classroom and everyday life. To enroll in any of the Living & Learning Communities, students need to indicate their preferred LLC on their housing application.
