Make First Days on Campus Count with Welcome Weekend

Make sure your student attends Welcome Weekend at UND on August 18-20. During Welcome Weekend, your student will have the chance to meet other new UND students and get acquainted with campus and the Grand Forks community, all while having fun.

Welcome Weekend is designed to make new students feel at home on campus and to provide essential information needed for all students. During Welcome Weekend, Student Ambassadors will lead new students in exploring life at UND. Your student will learn way to get involved in campus life, where to meet people and where to study, among many other things.

Residence Hall Move-In

Besides the fun, social activities happening throughout Welcome Weekend, August 18 is also the day residence halls open for move-in. Residence halls will open at 8 a.m., and student volunteers will be available to help you and your student move into their new home on campus.
