It’s not too late to Apply for Financial Aid

If students missed the Feb. 1 priority deadline for filling their Free Application for Federal Student Aid, it’s not too late. Students can still submit for aid. 

The FAFSA sets the foundation for determining a number of state, federal and institutional monetary awards. All students must do to submit is fill out the FAFSA and enter UND’s federal code 003005. 

UND awards nearly $8.1 million in financial aid each year, but the money doesn’t last forever. The sooner they file, the better their chances for aid. 

New freshmen who already submitted their FAFSA forms were notified of awards beginning in January. Students can learn how to accept their awards by reviewing the step-by-step instructions on our Financial Aid Guide.
