Send non-UND scholarship checks to UND as soon as possible

Don’t let your students miss out on their scholarship money by not sending it to UND. It’s important we receive your students’ scholarships early so we can finalize their financial aid package and pay their bills on time. Don’t delay! Scholarship checks received after Aug. 15 for the fall semester are not guaranteed to be applied to their tuition bill on time.

 A few things to know: 

• Checks must be payable to UND and include the student’s student ID number.
• Checks made payable to students must be endorsed by students.
• If your students haven’t received a check for their scholarship(s) yet, they can let us know about the award by completing the Outside Aid Reporting Form found here.
• All local and hometown scholarship checks should be mailed to:
