DEPARTMENT GRANT AWARD REPORTING FORM

Effective immediately the Department Grant Award Reporting Form has been disabled in Perceptive Content by CTS. The form is now accessible in Campus Connection only and will no longer route to Grants & Contracts for review and approval.

If you have questions regarding the allowability of scholarships or tuition remission on a sponsored project, consult with your Grants Officer before completing the form. If the expense is determined to be unallowable after it has been charged to the grant, the department will be responsible for moving the expense to a department fund.
