Important Process Change to Departmental Deposit Submission & Viewing that Begins June 6, 2022

Effective June 6, 2022, UND will transition to a new software and process for submitting departmental deposits.  The current process that utilizes Perceptive Workflow will be replaced by a new software, GT Forms, within PeopleSoft Campus Connection.  The link to the Campus Connection access page is:

Campus Connection

Staff, Faculty, Students or other submitters should have access to Campus Connection, using their IDM (firstname.lastname and password).    Once logged in, there should be an eForms tile.  The tile can be used for submitting, updating, withdrawing, or viewing a departmental deposit form.

If you do not have the eForms tile, send an email with your name and EMPLID to:  Please indicate that you do not have the eForms tile.

Perceptive will still be able to be accessed for reviewing deposit forms processed prior to June 6th.  Perceptive will also continue to be used to retain any supporting documents that are submitted with the new Departmental Deposit forms (in Campus Connection).

Please review the departmental deposit guide, Submitting, Updating, and Viewing Departmental Deposits, for procedures and information on submitting and viewing a departmental deposit form.

The guide is on the Finance website, under Treasury Links, located at:

PLEASE NOTE:  Departmental deposits should be dropped off at the Departmental Drop Box, located in Twamley, Room 107.   The drop off location at Printing & Mailing Services is no longer available.

For ease in dropping off deposits in Twamley, a new parking space is available in the Twamley Parking lot, on the west end (nearest the coulee) of the second row of spaces.  Please look for the sign that identifies the space.  This space is only available for 5 minutes, to allow enough time to drop off the deposit.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact UND Treasury at or call Emily Goodoien at 777.2967.
