Budget Journals – New Process

To streamline the budget journal process, workflow has been created within the PeopleSoft Finance system and has been gradually rolled out to departments over the past several weeks. Effective June 1, all departments will need to utilize the new PeopleSoft workflow process.  Budget journal submissions will no longer be available in Perceptive Content.  All budget journals will be posted following the process outlined in the budget journal quick fact sheet.  It is expected that departments will find the new process much easier to navigate, but the Resource Planning & Allocation team is always happy to assist.
