For any questions regarding the PeopleSoft Finance upgrade or the new features, please call the CTS Service Desk or submit a help ticket through the <a href=\"https:\/\/ndus.teamdynamix.com\/TDClient\/1962\/CTS\/Home\/\">CTS Team Dynamix site<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Below are some items to note regarding the PeopleSoft Finance upgrade:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PeopleTools 8.60 will have a new look and feel. Please view this <a href=\"https:\/\/ndusbpos.sharepoint.com\/sites\/ndus.financials.user.group\/_layouts\/15\/stream.aspx?id=%2Fsites%2Fndus%2Efinancials%2Euser%2Egroup%2FTraining%20Documentation%2FPeopleTools%208%2E60%20Highlights%2Emp4&amp;ct=1715875177528&amp;or=Teams%2DHL&amp;ga=1&amp;LOF=1&amp;referrer=StreamWebApp%2EWeb&amp;referrerScenario=AddressBarCopied%2Eview%2E541d7f79%2Df8ea%2D4c30%2Dbcdd%2D24ecd29f77bf\">short video<\/a> for highlights of the updates.<\/li>\n<li>Grid\/Page personalization will be lost. Some users have specific columns displayed and\/or ordered a particular way and want everything displayed the same way after the upgrade. In that case, CTS suggests clicking the Personalize link in the top left-hand corner of the grid (see below) and taking a screenshot of the setup for reference so you can edit your personalizations after the update.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a style=\"background-color: #ffffff\" href=\"https:\/\/blogs.und.edu\/finance\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/53\/2024\/05\/Personalize-Example.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2506\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.und.edu\/finance\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/53\/2024\/05\/Personalize-Example.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"238\" height=\"181\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One of the key changes in PeopleTools 8.60 is the introduction of a new search function. See this <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff\" href=\"https:\/\/ndusbpos.sharepoint.com\/sites\/ndus.financials.user.group\/_layouts\/15\/stream.aspx?id=%2Fsites%2Fndus%2Efinancials%2Euser%2Egroup%2FTraining%20Documentation%2FPeopleTools%208%2E60%20Search%20Pages%2Emp4&amp;ct=1715876573783&amp;or=Teams%2DHL&amp;ga=1&amp;LOF=1&amp;referrer=StreamWebApp%2EWeb&amp;referrerScenario=AddressBarCopied%2Eview%2E940eea4c%2D311d%2D4236%2D88a1%2D418d64dfc1f5\">short video<\/a> for an example of the new PeopleTools 8.60 Search Pages.<\/li>\n<li>As a result of the new search functionality, any existing saved searches will not work after the upgrade and must be recreated. CTS suggests taking a screenshot of any saved searches to use for reference to recreate the searches after the update.
