{"id":2554,"date":"2024-07-09T08:40:00","date_gmt":"2024-07-09T13:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.und.edu\/finance\/?p=2554"},"modified":"2024-07-09T08:40:00","modified_gmt":"2024-07-09T13:40:00","slug":"central-finance-services-working-remotely-july-15-17","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.und.edu\/finance\/2024\/07\/central-finance-services-working-remotely-july-15-17\/","title":{"rendered":"Central Finance Services &#8211; Working Remotely July 15-17"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Monday, July 15 through Wednesday, July 17, Central Financial Services (Associate VP for Finance, Controller, Procurement &amp; Payment Services, Asset Management, Resource Planning &amp; Allocation, Shared Service Center, and Treasury) will be working remotely.\u00a0 Construction work at the 1301 Ralph Engelstad Arena Dr location will be disrupting HVAC and electrical service.<\/p>\n<p>Staff are available via TEAMS, email and phone.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There will be no accounts payable check pick up on July 15 \u2013 17.\n<ul>\n<li>Accounts payable checks from the pay cycle on Thursday, July 11 will be available for pick up on Friday, July 12 or beginning on Thursday, July 18.<\/li>\n<li>Accounts payable checks from the pay cycle on Monday, July 15 will be available for pick up Thursday, July 18.<\/li>\n<li>Payroll checks will be delivered to Payroll on Monday, July 15.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Departments can use the deposit drop-box in Twamley.
