PPS is pleased to introduce two new vendors for the purchase of licensed promotional items, including a new ‘punchout’ catalog in UND Marketplace (Jaggaer). Departments are reminded that items purchased for promotional use must have a UND business purpose and should not exceed de minimis<\/em> amounts per person when distributed.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Staples Promo \u2014 Via UND Marketplace Punchout, available July 20th. A competitively awarded contract available for large\/bulk purchases of promotional items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
    \n
      \n
    • Game One \u2014 Official Adidas Partner of UND Athletics. A competitively awarded contract available for Official UND Adidas apparel (i.e., hoodies, t-shirts, and on-field gear)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

      Any UND-licensed vendor (including local vendors e.g. UND Bookstore, Probitas, DayDream Specialties) may be used for orders under $10,000; Staples, Game One, and the UND Bookstore have been competitively awarded contracts meaning they can be used for purchases up to and over $10,000, streamlining larger purchases above the competitive procurement threshold. Note that the UND Bookstore offers 20% off for all UND departments for supplies, including promotional purchases.<\/p>\n

      For personal-use purchases, Staff and Faculty are reminded to visit the UND Bookstore where they receive 10% off with a valid UND ID (excluding textbooks, sale merchandise, computer hardware, and academically discounted software).<\/p>\n
