JLG to host forum on new hospital at Gorecki Alumni Center Nov. 1

As part of its pre-design work on the new Altru Health System hospital scheduled to be built in Grand Forks, JLG Architects is hosting a community forum on hospital planning from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 1 at the Gorecki Alumni Center on UND’s campus.

The event, which includes free food and beverages, is open to UND students, staff, and faculty—and anyone in the Grand Cities. JLG is particularly interested in ideas from students who will soon be entering the health professions, and perhaps working in the new hospital.

The event will be set up with a series of interactive stations, each of which will each have preliminary designs for the new Altru campus as a part of the system’s 25 year master plan.
