Melissa Arnold

Melissa Arnold is the associate director of Human Resources (HR) for the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences. In this role, Melissa provides support, advice, and council on all HR related matters, including employee relations, organizational development/change, performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, and talent development. Melissa received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota in 2005, and her master’s degree in management from the University of Mary in 2011. She is a certified HR Professional through both HRCI and SHRM credentialing organizations. Prior to joining UND, Melissa was a part of the HR and Lean Management/Improvement teams at Altru Health System.
