Dr. Warne to be given North Dakota Fostering Diversity in Medicine award by ND ACP

The Indians Into Medicine (INMED) and Master of Public Health (MPH) programs are thrilled to announce that the North Dakota Chapter of the American College of Physicians (ND ACP) has awarded Dr. Donald Warne, director of the INMED and MPH programs, the “North Dakota Fostering Diversity in Medicine” award for 2020! This award recognizes individuals who advance diversity in clinical medicine, and work to expand access to care in relation to diverse populations.

“This is well-deserved and recognizes your outstanding accomplishments in advancing diversity in clinical medicine and access to care in relation to diverse populations,” Fadel Nammour, M.D., governor of the North Dakota Chapter of ACP, wrote to Dr. Warne in his congratulatory letter.

The award will be officially given to Dr. Warne by Dr. Nammour at the ND ACP Virtual Scientific Meeting on Oct. 16. To learn more or register for the meeting, see the ACP online here.
