TLAS instructional design consultations available
As you wrap up 2021 and prepare to teach in 2022, the SMHS Teaching, Learning, and Scholarship (TLAS) instructional designers can help you design and implement the best teaching strategies and assessment tools to achieve your target outcomes. You provide the content knowledge, and we provide the advice, tools, and best practices. We are available year-round to meet with individuals or groups, and we can also conduct departmental faculty development sessions. Whether you’re undergoing major curricular change or hoping to make some teaching tune-ups, we can address any course-, program-, or educational research-design challenges you may have.
TLAS is a unit within Education Resources whose mission is to promote and support the design, delivery, assessment, and evaluation of effective teaching, curricula, and education scholarship for all faculty and graduate students of the SMHS.
Additional TLAS Resources:
- Recordings of past live faculty development workshops
- Curated “just-in-time” course design and faculty development resources
- TLAS’s Twitter account: @SMHS_TLAS
