Mohl to discuss descending paralysis for Neurology Grand Rounds on July 21

The next Neurology Grand Rounds will be held from 12:15 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at the Brain & Spine Clinic (2301 25th Street S., Fargo, Conf. Rm 1 and Conf. Rm. SMCF 6A) and via Webex.

At that time, presenter Leighton Mohl, D.O., will give a presentation entitled “Acute descending paralysis:  A case of food borne botulism.”

Upon completion of this program, the learner will be able to:

  • Identify signs and symptoms of food borne botulism.
  • Develop a complete differential diagnosis for acute multifocal cranial neuropathies.
  • Understand diagnostic workup and management of suspected food borne botulism.
