Zelko Leon reflects on the profession for Psychiatry Grand Rounds on July 20

Zelko Leon, M.D., will present “Reflections of a psychiatrist” from 12:10 p.m. to 1:10 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at the UND Southeast Campus auditorium in Fargo. This presentation will be broadcast via Zoom/video conferencing. Dr. Zelko Leon is clinical professor at the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences and a psychiatrist at Tribe Wellness in Sedona, Ariz.

Upon completion of this program, the learner will be able to:

  • Explain the importance of creativity in mental health.
  • Recognize the rationale for the diversity of topics covered in the book.
  • Gain knowledge about the writing style of the presenter as a psychoeducational tool.
  • Apply information from the book to the clinical practice.

This Grand Rounds presentation, sponsored by the UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences and the School’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science, is broadcast via videoconference to many sites throughout North Dakota and Minnesota and is also streamed via personal computers.
