Retirement reception for Janet Jedlicka to be held @SMHS on June 8

After many years as chair of the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences Department of Occupational Therapy, Dr. Janet Jedlicka is saying goodbye!

Janet started at UND in Jan. 2003, working originally in the Hyslop Sports Center, where the Department of Occupational Therapy was then located. Since that time, Janet has helped oversee the department’s transition to both a Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) degree and a Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) program, plus the department’s move to the main SMHS building in 2016. She has also helped solidify the Department’s relationship with Casper College in Wyoming, which hosts a satellite OTD program for UND and which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year.

To celebrate Janet’s (and doggo Buddy’s) long career, a retirement reception will be held on Thursday, June 8, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in the SMHS East Atrium.

See you there!
