SMHS Walking Moai group to meet Wednesdays this summer

This summer, the SMHS Walking Moai group will meet every Wednesday, 10 a.m., at the SMHS front door for a 15- to 20-minute walk outside (inside during inclement weather). Contact Ashley Bayne (ashley.bayne@UND.edu) with any questions.

Everyone is welcome, including students and community members! Participants will receive GF Blue Zones Project shoelaces.

*What is a Moai (moh-eye)? A Moai is a concept that means coming together for a common purpose. The term originates with the statues located on the Polynesian island of Rapa Nui (Easter Island). A Walking Moai is a group that meets for movement, talk, laughter, and lifting moods.
