UND Libraries to host discussion on AI in research and publishing Nov. 21

Join the UND Libraries team on Tuesday, Nov. 21, for a UND faculty panel on the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) on research and publishing.

Generative AI introduces both challenges and opportunities for the evolution of new research methodologies and scholarly pursuits, particularly with regard to the production, dissemination, and access to information. Scholars and community members alike are encouraged to participate in discussions with UND faculty panelists, gaining valuable insights into the transformative effects of generative AI on the research and publishing realms.

This panel will be hosted physically and remotely by the Chester Fritz Library team in cooperation with the SMHS Library and Thormodsgard Law Library.

The event will be held from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Chester Fritz Library, rm. 406, and via Zoom on Tuesday, Nov. 21.

Please RSVP for in-person attendance. Refreshments will be served.
