Everling to be keynote speaker at all virtual 2024 Medical Curriculum Advance on Oct. 24

The annual SMHS Education Resources Medical Curriculum “Advance” (rather than retreat), will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24.

The keynote speaker for the all virtual Advance will be Kathleen M. Everling, Ph.D., senior medical educator in the Office of Education Development and adjunct assistant professor of pediatrics at University of Texas Medical Branch Health.

The event’s theme is artificial intelligence (AI). You will learn literacy in AI, along with best practices and how to build prompts for medical education. A 2024 Advance – AI Badge is available for attendees.
