Haynes speaks at Harvard’s Women in Leadership Conference 2024

Dr. Victoria Haynes, associate dean for multicultural education at the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences, is back recently from the Harvard University-based Women in Leadership Conference 2024.

Dr. Haynes spoke at the conference as part of two different panels: “Honest Dialogue: Effective Conversations and Conflict Resolution” and “Blind Spots in Hiring: Unmasking Unconscious Bias.”

The panels included LaTanya Tyson of Carolina Christian College, Sarah C. Scott of Centre College, Amy Lavens of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Melanie Murry of the University of Memphis, Nellie Goetz of the University of Arizona, and Chalak Richards Guinses of the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law.

Conference participants engaged in meaningful discussions on leadership, inclusion, and belonging in higher education.
