Three days left! First annual SMHS publication-themed quiz competition Publication Pandemonium! ends Oct. 27

There are three days for you to participate in the first annual Publication Pandemonium!, a school-wide publication-themed quiz competition. The “pandemonium” ends on Oct. 27 at midnight!

Coinciding with International Open Access Week, this asynchronous online quiz is designed to test and expand your knowledge of scholarly communications and the open access publication process.

Prizes of UND merch will be awarded to the students with first, second, and third highest scores, with the top scoring participant additionally receiving up to $500 dollars to fund their own open access publication or conference presentation.

And that’s not all! This is also a competition between programs. The program with the most total passing-grade quiz submissions, from faculty, students, and staff, will win an additional $500 in open access publication funding as well as bragging rights for an entire year.

Winners will be announced the week of Oct. 28.
