Phase 1 medical students recognize three faculty for Outstanding Unit Instructor Awards

In recognition of outstanding performance in the encouragement, enrichment, and education of tomorrow’s physicians, the medical student Class of 2028 has recognized three faculty for Outstanding Unit Instructor Awards in Unit IV of the 2024-25 academic year.

The Class of 2028 (Phase 1) Unit IV awardees are the following individuals:

• Patrick Carr, Ph.D., Department of Biomedical Sciences; Associate Dean of Medical Curriculum
• Mandy Meyer, Ph.D., Department of Occupational Therapy
• Mary Ann Sens, M.D., Ph.D., Department of Pathology
