Open Access 101: An online workshop hosted by SMHS Library Resources Oct. 24
Looking to learn more about open access in research?
At noon (Central) on Oct. 24, SMHS Research Librarians Sara Westall and Devon Olson will host a workshop focusing on core concepts in open access scholarship, and address how current events, such as updates to government public access mandates, can impact researchers and readers.
At the end of the session, attendees should be able to understand open access licensing and publication models, as well as interpret the impact of policy change on open research practices.
