Phase 1 medical students recognize three faculty for Outstanding Unit Instructor Awards for Unit 1

In recognition of outstanding performance in the encouragement, enrichment, and education of tomorrow’s physicians, the UND medical student Class of 2029 has recognized three faculty for Outstanding Unit Instructor Awards in Unit I of the 2025-26 academic year.

The Class of 2029 (Phase 1) Unit I awardees are the following individuals:

• Jane Dunlevy, Ph.D., Assistant Dean for Phase 1 and Associate Professor, Department of Biomedical Sciences
• Kara Eickman, M.D., Director, SMHS Simulation Center
• Lindsay Snow, M.D., Clinical Instructor, Department of Family & Community Medicine
