CRH preps Rural Health Transformation Program workforce assessment

The UND Center for Rural Health has begun working with North Dakota Health and Human Services on a workforce assessment: the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) Workforce Assessment.

The assessment is being sent to healthcare entities throughout North Dakota and has two goals:

  • The first goal is to gather information that will help the state better understand the current rural health workforce needs in North Dakota. This information will guide future RHTP activities and prioritize RHTP support where it will have the most immediate impact.
  • The second goal will provide facilities that complete the assessment, a ready-to-use summary of their own workforce profile and workforce needs that can then be used to support their own applications for RHTP funds.

Look for more information on this assessment and the RHTP as it becomes available soon.
