Host-Pathogen Interactions team announces research voucher funding opportunity
The SMHS Host-Pathogen Interactions (HPI) Center of Biomedical Research Excellence (CoBRE) program invites proposals for voucher funding to support research activities in any of the four HPI-supported cores. All UND faculty at or above the rank of research assistant professor are eligible to apply.
The program anticipates making 8-10 awards, ranging from $5,000 to $8,000 each.
Application deadline: Nov. 1, 2026
Funding period: Nov. 15, 2026 to March 15, 2027
Eligible faculty are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to generate preliminary data, establish new collaborations, and strengthen competitive research programs in host-pathogen interactions.
