Phase 1 medical students recognize three faculty for Outstanding Unit Instructor Awards for Unit III

In recognition of outstanding performance in the encouragement, enrichment, and education of tomorrow’s physicians, the medical student Class of 2029 has recognized three faculty for Outstanding Unit Instructor Awards in Unit III for the 2025-26 academic year.

The Class of 2029 (Phase 1) Unit III awardees are the following individuals:

• Richard Clarens, PharmD, Office of Education Resources
• Avish Nagpal, M.D., Department of Internal Medicine
• Selly Strauch, M.D., Department of Pathology
