Alex Firman is the new accounting and grant specialist at the UND Center for Rural Health. Originally from Grand Rapids, Minn., she earned a bachelor of accountancy degree from UND. She recently moved back to Grand Forks after living in Rapid City, S.D., for a year and a half. Her supervisor is Wendy Warner.
