Dr. Clark will also continue in his role as site Clerkship Director Fargo Campus.<\/p>\n<p>The primary duties and responsibilities of this position are to maintain clerkship curriculum, lead and collaborate with campus clerkship directors to improve quality of clerkship education, and ensure LCME compliance.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Clark completed his medical education at American University of the Caribbean &#8211; St. Maarten in 2016 and completed his <a href=\"https:\/\/med.und.edu\/education-training\/residency-programs\/internal-medicine\/index.html\">internal medicine residency at UND<\/a> in 2019. He was the first PGY4 Chief Resident in the residency program, which provided him with further training in leadership, mentorship, and administrative support for the residency program.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Clark joined Sanford Health in 2020 as a hospitalist and he also serves as a clinical assistant professor in the SMHS Department of Internal Medicine.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dr. Clark is enthusiastic about medical education, and we are thrilled to have him continue as a leader in the department,&#8221; said Dr. Dinesh Bande, chair of the SMHS Department of Internal Medicine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Riley Clark, M.D., has been named as the Statewide Clerkship Director for the SMHS Department of Internal Medicine.
