A former researcher at the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ruralhealth.und.edu\/\">UND Center for Rural Health<\/a>, Dr. Knudson is director of the\u00a0NORC Walsh Center for Rural Health Analysis at the University of Chicago. <a href=\"https:\/\/und.zoom.us\/j\/98826110278\">Connect via Zoom<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>April 17<\/strong> \u2013 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aamc.org\/about-us\/our-leadership\/biography\/skorton\">Dr. David Skorton<\/a><\/strong>, president of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aamc.org\/\">Association of American Medical Colleges<\/a>, will participate in an active discussion about \u201cwhat we didn\u2019t get done\u201d with former SMHS Dean Dr. Joshua Wynne \u2013 including addressing the nation\u2019s ongoing health provider shortage, disparities in health outcomes, and how every individual can make a difference. <a href=\"https:\/\/und.zoom.us\/j\/99686924467\">Connect via Zoom<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>May 1<\/strong> \u2013 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/campus.und.edu\/directory\/joshua.wynne\">Dr. Joshua Wynne<\/a><\/strong>, professor in the SMHS <a href=\"https:\/\/med.und.edu\/education-training\/internal-medicine\/index.html\">Department of Internal Medicine<\/a>, will discuss health and healthcare in North Dakota and beyond, focusing on the state\u2019s continuing challenges and some possible solutions.
