This initiative is in response to a federal ADA mandate with a target date of April 24, 2026. It applies to all materials that instructors provide to students but primarily affects everyone who teaches courses online. Because this is a UND-wide initiative, <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff\" title=\"https:\/\/und.edu\/academics\/ttada\/academic-technologies\/digital-accessibility\/index.html\" href=\"https:\/\/und.edu\/academics\/ttada\/academic-technologies\/digital-accessibility\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-outlook-id=\"bdb3a6f2-37ae-441f-a439-ceb4fd287cef\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"1\">resources and training related to digital accessibility are being managed primarily through UND\u2019s Teaching, Transformation, and Development Academy (TTaDA)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_Paragraph x_SCXW62182082 x_BCX0\"><strong>Presenter panel<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Dr. Mandi Peterson &#8211; Senior Research Analyst, Office of Data Analysis and Technical Assistance<\/li>\n<li>Dr. Sarah Sletten &#8211; Director of Learner Research, Department of Biomedical Sciences<\/li>\n<li>Dr. Adrienne Salentiny &#8211; Office of Learning Innovation<\/li>\n<li>Theodora Amauh, M.A. &#8211; Office of Learning Innovation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_Paragraph x_SCXW62182082 x_BCX0\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/und.zoom.us\/j\/93572342483?pwd=mUbXI7VD6peIkeZi3o2aa08XQaSkw9.1\">Join virtually<\/a> from 11 a.m. to noon (Central) on Feb. 25. <\/strong>If prompted for a passcode, enter \u201c<b>UND.<\/b>&#8220;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_Paragraph x_SCXW62182082 x_BCX0\">This session features SMHS faculty and staff who have successfully found ways to make their complex online content accessible.
