The COVID-19 pandemic, however, is bringing the laboratory profession into full view.\u00a0 Never before has it been more apparent that having skilled laboratory professionals available to ensure accurate and timely laboratory results is essential for positive patient outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re wondering a little more about who we are and what we do, I would encourage you to read <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandforksherald.com\/opinion\/letters\/5040028-Letter-Laboratory-professionals-are-essential\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">this letter<\/a> from MLS faculty member Linda Ray, published recently in the <em>Grand Forks Herald<\/em>.
