Please remember that the Office of Student Affairs & Admissions does not house your immunization records any longer.\u00a0Do not email any personal records to saa@UND.edu<\/a>.\u00a0The \u201cMyrecordtracker\u201d platform is where all your records are stored, and it is your responsibility to keep this information updated.\u00a0This system will email you reminders 30 days before records are due (and again at 15 days and 5 days). Please fulfill those requirements by the expiration date to avoid any repercussions. If you are having trouble logging on or have forgotten your password, please call 855\u2010225\u20108606 and press 1.<\/strong> You will eventually be prompted to leave the Myrecordtracker system a voicemail.\u00a0Officials from the platform will get back to everyone within 24 hours.<\/p>\n

Also, in Jan. 2022 you will receive an email from Certiphi<\/a><\/strong>, which will initiate your background check to be able to go to clinics.\u00a0There is a cost for this certification process, which \u00a0is the student\u2019s responsibility. Please note that this background check is required per UND SMHS policy 3.4<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
