Campus Connection<\/h3>\n

It is extremely important that you keep your information in Campus Connection updated. Your current mailing address and phone number should be kept updated at all times to ensure you receive everything intended for you. Please make it a habit to update your information periodically!<\/p>\n

If you change your name, please let our office know as soon as possible.\u00a0Names need to be officially changed within the NDUS system. Please follow this link<\/a> to get started.\u00a0Please contact Bethany Reck (bethany.reck@UND.edu<\/a>) with questions.<\/p>\n

Evaluations and letters of recommendation<\/h3>\n

As you complete your individual Phase 2 clerkships, keep in mind that the summative comments from your preceptors are used verbatim on your Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE). Be sure to review your evaluations in LEO. The formative comments cannot be used for the MSPE, only the summative comments. If there are any summative comments on your evaluations that are unclear or that you disagree with, you must contact the preceptor to have them officially changed in LEO. Other than punctuation or simple grammar changes, the comments cannot be changed without the preceptor\u2019s permission.\u00a0Please contact your preceptors to request changes,<\/span>\u00a0as it is easier to do now rather than months after the clerkship has ended.<\/p>\n

Also, remember that now is the perfect time to request Letters of Recommendations (LoR) for your residency applications as you work with practicing physicians. The letter writer or their designee can upload the letters to ERAS anytime if you have registered your token. If you have not registered your token, you can find the email sent on June 5, 2024, to your official UND email address. Contact Cindy Stromme<\/a>\u00a0if you need her to resend the token.<\/p>\n

ERAS and residency apps<\/h3>\n
