{"id":1518,"date":"2025-03-31T07:30:21","date_gmt":"2025-03-31T12:30:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.und.edu\/hr\/?p=1518"},"modified":"2025-04-02T14:40:44","modified_gmt":"2025-04-02T19:40:44","slug":"federal-work-study-earnings-database-training","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.und.edu\/hr\/2025\/03\/federal-work-study-earnings-database-training\/","title":{"rendered":"Federal Work Study Earnings Database Training"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Effective immediately, the Office of Student Employment and Human Resources mandates training for access to the FWS database and for departments to receive allocations for the upcoming fiscal year.<\/h2>\n<h3>Training Opportunities<\/h3>\n<p>The Student Employment Federal Work Study (FWS) Earnings Database facilitates the tracking of both FWS student earnings and departmental allocations of FWS funds.<\/p>\n<p>Please register and attend one of the in-person trainings sessions listed below to maintain your access and ensure your department receives it\u2019s 2026 Fiscal Year allocation.
