Text Message Notifications are now available in HCM when you make changes to your Direct Deposit Information. This feature adds an extra layer of security by notifying you of any updates made to your direct deposit account.<\/p>\n

To start receiving these messages, you\u2019ll need to consent to text notifications within HCM.<\/p>\n

This is a one-time setup\u2014you can update or revoke your consent at any time.<\/p>\n

How to Enable Text Notifications in HCM<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Login to HCM.\n
      \n
    1. Approve your DUO\/MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) when prompted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    2. Open My Preferences.\n
        \n
      1. From the HCM Homepage, select Menu > My Preferences.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      2. Access the Notifications Menu.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
      3. Enter Your Mobile Number.\n
          \n
        1. Type the phone number you want text notifications sent to.<\/li>\n
        2. Press Tab on your keyboard and then select Save.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        3. Provide Consent for Text Notifications.\n
            \n
          1. \n
              \n
            1. On the Left Hand Menu, Select the Notifications section. Then select the checkbox labeled \u201cI agree to give my consent.\u201d\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
            2. Verify and Enable Notifications.\n

                  1. Choose and confirm your email address and phone number.<\/li>\n
                  2. Slide the Text toggle to the right to enable text notifications.\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                  3. Save Your Preferences.<\/li>\n

                      What to Expect<\/h3>\n

                      Once enabled, you will receive a confirmation text when you add, remove, or update a direct deposit account in Employee Self Service (ESS).<\/p>\n
