Med Prep 2022 Application Now Open

The Indians Into Medicine (INMED) program at UND is now accepting applications for their summer 2022 Med Prep Program.

Med Prep is a summer program for American Indian college upperclassmen and graduates who are preparing to take or retake the Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT) and apply to medical school. Instructors lead group and individual tutoring sessions on biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry, physics, behavioral science, and critical analysis and reasoning. Students take weekly practice MCAT tests.

Students also participate in admissions workshops, mock interviews, personal statement reviews, and meet with current medical students. Other activities include presentations by medical school personnel, shadowing opportunities, and visits to Indian Health Service facilities.

Students accepted into the program receive stipends for full participation. 2022 program dates are June 13-July 29. Applications are due by April 15th.
