UAS Being Unveiled Today at UND

Unmanned Aircraft System Being Unveiled
at the University of North Dakota

(Grand Forks, North Dakota): The University of North Dakota (UND) John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences will be unveiling CropCam, an unmanned aircraft system (UAS) designed by MicroPilot of Stony Mountain, Manitoba at 9:00 a.m. today (Friday, January 25) in Odegard Hall, Room 225.

CropCam was designed for agricultural purposes and will be used to assist the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in developing a plan for safely flying UAS in the National Airspace System (NAS) as well as other research.
