Department Administrative Changes

The Department of Space Studies announces the following administrative changes starting summer 2010.

Dr. Santhosh Seelan will take over as the Chair of the department from Dr. Whalen who is stepping down from the position to focus on his teaching and writing. Dr. Seelan will start his new duties from July 1, 2010.

Dr. Seelan will also take over the duties of Director Space Grant, and Director NASA EPSCoR from Dr. Paul Hardersen who has decided to step down from these duties to focus on his research. Dr. Seelan will start these duties in fall 2010.

Dr. Ron Fevig will take over the duties of Graduate Program Director from Dr. Seelan. Dr. Fevig will start his new duties from May 17, 2010.
